By accessing this website or using Punchr software (Punchr Lite or Punchr Pro), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use the Punchr software or services.
2. Description of Service
Punchr is a WordPress and WooCommerce plugin providing PunchOut cXML integration capabilities for enterprise procurement workflows.
- Punchr Lite is provided for evaluation and development purposes.
- Punchr Pro is a paid subscription intended for production and enterprise environments.
3. Subscription & Billing
Punchr Pro is billed on a monthly subscription basis at the price displayed on the Pricing page.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly
- Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time
- No refunds are provided for partial billing periods, except where required by applicable law
Punchr reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice. Existing subscriptions will not be affected retroactively.
4. License & Usage
Punchr grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the software within your own WordPress and WooCommerce environment.
You may not:
- resell, sublicense, or redistribute Punchr
- modify or reverse engineer the software
- use Punchr for unlawful or non-compliant procurement activities
5. Support
Punchr Pro includes priority technical support provided on a best-effort basis.
Support services do not include:
- custom development work
- ERP or procurement system configuration outside Punchr
- third-party software troubleshooting
6. Availability & Modifications
Punchr aims to provide reliable software but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Punchr reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with reasonable notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Punchr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the software.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.
